Annual accounts guide

Annual accounts support can cover preparation, review coordination and statutory submissions where applicable. Verify local legal requirements.

The same service label can describe different scopes. Ask the provider to set out deliverables, cadence, responsibilities, systems and exclusions in writing.

Where work crosses countries or legal entities, identify which local team or member firm owns the task and which party remains responsible for the filing or record.

What to compare

Use the same questions across providers so that a polished description does not become a substitute for evidence. Compare country coverage, business-size fit, services, languages, software, remote support, office model and pricing model.

Questions to ask

  • What exactly is included in the recurring scope?
  • Which country, legal entity and filing responsibilities are covered?
  • Which software, records and access permissions are required?
  • What is the pricing model and what triggers additional work?
  • Who reviews, escalates and corrects an issue if information changes?

What to verify

Verify the current official website, local legal entity, delivery team, filing responsibility, data handling and the date on which any published information was last checked. If a value is not public, record “Not publicly confirmed” rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
